How much does RAVAD Software cost?

One simple monthly subscription, based on the size of your agency, with no big setup fees. Book a demo and we’ll send a quote that fits your agency.

How hard is it to switch?

Not hard. We help you import your clients and caregivers and train your team. Service codes and rates are already in the system and kept up to date by RAVAD Software, so your office keeps running while you switch.

Do we have to use Sandata?

No. RAVAD Software has its own visit check-in (EVV) with a mobile app and phone check-in. If your agency prefers Sandata, you can keep using it.

How do caregivers check in?

With the RAVAD Software mobile app on their phone. Caregivers who prefer not to use an app can check in and out with a simple phone call instead.

How do you keep our data and PHI safe?

RAVAD Software is built for HIPAA-regulated workflows. Protected health information (PHI) is visible only to people whose role needs it, every agency’s data is kept separate, connections are encrypted, and idle sessions log out automatically.
