Can staff mark attendance on a tablet?

Yes. Attendance works in the browser on computers and tablets, as cards for one participant or a table for everyone.

Can we bill transportation too?

Yes. Transportation is billed on its own line, calculated from attendance together with the day care line.

Who can see billing?

Only the roles you allow. Office staff can work with attendance and care plans, while billing stays with the owner or administrator.

Can we check eligibility before billing?

Yes. Eligibility checks can be turned on for your center, so problems show up before Medicaid rejects anything.

Can we bring our current participants and staff?

Yes. We help you import your participants and staff when you start. Service codes and rates are already in the system and kept up to date by RAVAD Software.
